Mark Seibring is the Director of Analytics and Compensation, where he leads the HR analytics, compensation, and HRIS functions for the FAS.  Mark’s particular expertise is in providing strategic analyses and predictive modeling of a wide range of HR, compensation, financial, and organizational data. Recent projects include analyzing factors that impact employee engagement, developing an employee talent index to identify the strongest organizational talent for career development opportunities, identifying relevant factors associated with an organization’s “quick quits,” and modeling the expected costs of promotional and equity increases based on staffing levels, compensation, and economic measures. Mark has 25 years of analytics and compensation experience, having worked for public and private universities (Harvard University, Tufts University, and University of Florida) as well as the federal government (NASA). He has also worked with executives of international pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms (such as Pfizer, Merck, and Novartis) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration when he worked at Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development.

Mark graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA (English and classics) and BS (psychology) from the University of Florida and a Masters of Theological Studies from Harvard University.
