The best managers – those whose teams are capable of the greatest impact – are those who take action to ensure that staff members are engaged in their work, in the FAS community, and in our mission.
FAS is moving from a paper-based performance management system to ePerformance, an online system accessed through PeopleSoft. This initiative will put in place a common University-wide performance management system for use in career planning and professional development. The FAS – along with colleagues from Central Administration and HUIT – will be among the first units to transition to ePerformance. Others across the University will join in waves through June 2014.
