We developed the FAS Staff Hiring Toolkit, a comprehensive guide to assist FAS managers as they source, recruit and hire new staff. A key component of the toolkit is a section that guides managers in attracting a diverse pool of candidates for open positions. In the section on Recruiting and Resources for Diverse Talent, there is a wealth of information related to diversity recruiting and hiring. This helps managers to evaluate the diversity of their team, provides information on diversity networking, provides advice on how to work with candidates with disabilities, shares guidelines on how to source for diverse candidates, and gives instructions on how to develop a diverse search committee.
