In these interactive conversation-based sessions led by Program Officers Danielle Farrell and Pamela Galowitz, in partnership with the Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, and Rights and Responsibilities (CSNDR), participants are invited to discuss realistic scenarios that afford opportunities to assess and address harassment, discrimination, bullying, and professional conduct concerns in their departments or units. Participants will also develop concrete strategies to improve workplace climate, and foster connections with colleagues and supportive resources.

The learning objectives of the workshop are as follows:

- Understand our role to invoke active bystander strategies
- Practice interventions to be an active bystander
- Respond to disclosures and concerns of potential harassment, discrimination, and/or bullying in the Harvard community.
