“Bridges and Belonging: Storytelling at Harvard” is a catered, late-afternoon story slam that will strengthen connection across Harvard by promoting authentic voices from Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and creating clear pathways for community members to engage with ERG support. The program will feature up to 8 pre-selected storytellers nominated by Harvard’s 8 ERGs, each sharing a 5-minute story about a moment that shaped their experience at Harvard. Centered on the theme “a moment when you felt seen (or not) at Harvard,” their stories will explore identity, belonging, and community.
