During these interactive workshops, FAS staff Title IX Resource Coordinators Danielle Farrell and Pamela Galowitz, in partnership with the University's Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights and Responsibilities (CSNDR), discuss how Title IX, as well as other federal and state laws, shape University efforts to prevent and respond to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct. This session additionally explores options and resources available to community members when concerns related to these topics arise. These workshops are presentation-based and include interactive breakout rooms, as well as a practical approach to Title IX with the goal of moving the community beyond compliance-based knowledge and towards practical application in the workplace.

The learning objectives of the workshop are as follows:

- Gain a working knowledge of the University’s policies, prevention efforts, and response to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct at FAS
- Engage in your role as a responsible employee
- Identify individual and community roles in preventing sexual and gender-based harassment
