This 1-hour training will provide a practical approach to goal setting. Whether you are writing your own goals or helping your team write theirs, this session will provide a proven framework relevant example.

Participants will leave with insight on how to set well-defined goals that align to their team/organization priorities, setting them up for success in the upcoming year. This training is open to all benefit-eligible employees.

**You will:**

- Explore a proven approach to goal setting.
- Identify different types of goals.
- Create one or more comprehensive goals for the upcoming year
