In these interactive conversation-based trainings led by Danielle Farrell and the Office for Gender Equity, participants are invited to discuss real-world opportunities to assess and address gender equity issues in their departments or units, develop concrete strategies to improve workplace climate, and foster connections with colleagues and supportive resources.
