Harvard University's [Administrative Fellowship Program (AFP) ](https://harvie.harvard.edu/administrative-fellowship-program)seeks to attract talented mid-career professionals to leadership opportunities and careers in higher education.

The AFP offers a yearlong management experience at a school or department within Harvard, complemented by a professional development seminar series. While the University will make every effort to place successful participants, there is no guarantee of permanent Harvard employment upon completion of the program.
