Dr. Tiffany Cardoza Jadotte

Associate Dean for Human Resources

Dr. Tiffany C. Jadotte is the Associate Dean for Human Resources for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. In this role, Tiffany is responsible for developing and leading a “best in class” HR organization in the delivery of high-quality HR services throughout the FAS, including developing a post-pandemic “workplace of the future” and creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Functional areas of her responsibility include recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, employee and labor relations, HR information systems, and HR data and analytics. Tiffany partners with the University’s Vice President for Human Resources (VPHR), the FAS Associate Dean for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), other senior University and FAS administrators, as well as faculty and staff, to deploy FAS HR in support of the FAS’s academic mission and strategic goals.

Gary is the Director of HR Consulting for FAS. In this role, Gary is responsible for managing a staff of HR Consultants, who deliver Human Resources policies and programs to all of FAS staff, including organizational planning and development, employment and talent management, training and career development, employee relations, compensation, diversity initiatives and a variety of other employee services. Gary also designs and delivers a series of management and staff development programs throughout the FAS.... Senior Director of HR Programs and Operations

Kathy Santoro is the Senior Director of HR Programs and Operations in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Kathy joined FAS in October of 2013 following more than 25 years in human resources, both in-house and as a consultant to organizations on HR strategy and best practices. She is responsible for delivering programs and for developing strong leadership and management practices that promote diversity, engagement and collaboration and that recognize the accomplishments of FAS staff. Mark Seibring

Director of Analytics and Compensation

Mark Seibring is the Director of Analytics and Compensation, where he leads the HR analytics, compensation, and HRIS functions for the FAS.  Mark’s particular expertise is in providing strategic analyses and predictive modeling of a wide range of HR, compensation, financial, and organizational data. Recent projects include analyzing factors that impact employee engagement, developing an employee talent index to identify the strongest organizational talent for career development opportunities, identifying relevant factors associated with an organization’s “quick quits,” and modeling the expected costs of promotional and equity increases based on staffing levels, compensation, and economic measures....
