Bring your lunch and join the Prevention Team within CSNDR as we work to understand the role of team psychological safety in reducing interpersonal harm in the workplace.

During this lunch and learn program, we will explore and discuss key concepts related to team psychological safety, and how efforts to foster it can promote active bystanders in your teams and organizations.

Participants will be invited to reflect on their experiences as team members and leaders, engage in practical skills for fostering team psychological safety, and make a plan for applying these tools at Harvard.
