Harvard University's Administrative Fellowship Program (AFP) seeks to attract talented professionals, especially members of historically underrepresented groups, to leadership opportunities and careers in higher education. The AFP is administered through the Office of the Assistant to the President at Harvard University.
The AFP offers a yearlong management experience at a school or department within Harvard, complemented by a professional development seminar series. While the University will make every effort to place successful participants, there is no guarantee of permanent Harvard employment upon completion of the program.
