Managing Effectively at FAS

This series of workshops is intended for FAS managers, department administrators, and executive directors to enhance their knowledge about managing their FAS staff. The series will cover practical topics such as compensation, onboarding, and leaves of absence. Each session will be led by FAS subject matter experts and will include a presentation with time for Q&A.
