Manager ARC is a new self-paced online curriculum designed to give Harvard managers a clear, consistent foundation in key policies, responsibilities, and resources.

Cohort-based career development opportunities are available to FAS and Harvard staff on an annual basis. These programs provide FAS staff members the opportunity to learn and connect with colleagues from across the FAS and the University on a multi-week or -month basis.

The Harvard Ombuds Office is a confidential resource available to anyone from Harvard’s community. A discussion with an Ombuds can help a visitor voice concerns, clarify goals and consider options so that they can make their own best decisions about next steps.
