Building Supportive Communities of Practice for FAS Managers

Building Supportive Communities of Practice for FAS Managers is a series of community-building sessions that provide managers a space to connect with each other, share experiences, and enhance managerial skills and knowledge.

Sessions are open to all FAS managers and will be structured with introductory slides and a moderated discussion. These sessions will be interactive and participants are encouraged to come prepared to engage in the conversation and share their own experiences. Managers can sign up for one or multiple sessions. Each meeting will cover different topics and provide opportunities to discuss issues relevant for attendees.
