Our team of HR Consultants are available to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure that you are getting the most you can from your experience working at the FAS.

As workplace problems, questions, or changes arise, your HR Consultant will help you navigate the FAS' policies and practices. HR Consultants work closely with managers and employees in issues affecting job performance, employment and talent management, annual reviews, training, hiring practices, diversity initiatives, leaves of absence, discipline, compensation, classification, harassment or discrimination concerns, layoffs, reorganizations, and conflict resolution.

Each department, center, or institute has an assigned HR Consultant, who will act as your point-person for any employment-related issues.
