Giving and Receiving Feedback for Managers (Managers only)

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to give detailed feedback and how to have the right mindset when receiving input from others. Whether it's with peers, managers, or to your team, you will practice techniques that can improve your personal performance, impact your development, and foster a culture of feedback.
