Building Personal Resiliency

This 90-minute, virtual workshop takes a practical approach to helping you build your personal resilience and understand what is happening as you respond to the unknown caused by change and uncertainty. You’ll discover how to move beyond the unknown, reframe limiting thought patterns, and leverage your personal resiliency.  You’ll leave this workshop with an understanding of where your response to change and uncertainty is coming from and actionable strategies to build and maintain resilience in both your personal and professional lives.

During the workshop you will:

  • Learn how to reframe limiting thought patterns
  • Identify the role of connection in resilience
  • Apply principles of grit to enhance resilience
  • Identify methods you can use to respond to your current situation
