Building Supportive Communities of Practice for FAS Managers

The FAS Managers’ Community Forum is offered so that managers can have a space to connect with each other, share experiences, and enhance managerial skills and knowledge. The sessions are open to all FAS managers and will be structured with introductory slides and a moderated discussion. These forums are built around the idea that managers can learn through engaging with colleagues who are facing similar challenges or changes and help further develop strategies to lead their teams. Sessions will be interactive with large and small group discussions and participants are encouraged to come prepared to engage in the conversation and share their own experiences.
