Employee Development Focus Group

As a follow-up to the survey that the FAS Performance Management Working Group held in June 2024, we invite FAS managers to attend one of these focus groups to talk more about employee development at FAS. These sessions will aim to understand what managers need to feel comfortable in the performance management space and discuss further what the best way to make resources accessible and available.

This session will be in person. Lunch will be provided for participants.
