In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to give detailed feedback and how to have the right mindset when receiving input from others. Whether it's with peers, managers, or colleagues, you will practice techniques that can improve your personal performance, impact your development, and help strengthen your working relationships.
You will learn:
- Frameworks for delivering positive and constructive feedback.
- Techniques for soliciting feedback.
- Approaches for having a growth mindset
