Navigating Uncertain Times Together (University-Wide)

This 90-minute, virtual workshop is an opportunity for employees at all levels to come together to better understand how our brains respond to uncertainty, to identify practical ways that we can help ourselves and our colleagues manage during these unpredictable times, and to foster a supportive work environment.

During the workshop you will: 

• Explore the psychology of uncertainty
• Review strategies to improve your ability to effectively navigate uncertain times
• Discuss approaches for helping each other manage uncertainty together.
