Reigniting Engagement: Rebuilding Morale and Motivation (Grade 60+ only)

Periods of uncertainty can take a toll on engagement and morale. Communication techniques will be integrated throughout to support clearer dialogue about expectations, recognition, and work priorities. This session gives leaders space to think through what drives motivation on their teams, identify barriers, and explore strategies to strengthen connection and momentum.
