Diversity and Inclusion

FAS HR is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace community that is as diverse as our student and global populations, where all may feel at home, whatever their race, gender, age, sexual orientation, faith, abilities, work status, or other identifying characteristics. We know that our work is enriched by the varied origins, experiences, and perspectives of the people who comprise the FAS, so whenever possible, we work with departments to recruit, welcome, train, develop, and retain talented staff from diverse backgrounds.
