FAS HR partners with the Office of the Assistant to the President for Institutional Diversity and Equity (H-OAP), whose mission is to lead a sustained University-wide effort in the development, coordination, and advancement of inclusive excellence, diversity, and equal opportunity (EO) initiatives, programs, and policies at Harvard University. H-OAP staff members are available to help you with issues related to diversity, inclusion, compliance, affirmative action, disability services, Title IX and gender equity.
